If so, why not come and find out how to do so in our development kitchen and learn how to make your own vegan cheeses.

In this half-day course you will learn about the fermentation processes involved in vegan cheese making. You will also learn the basic techniques needed to make natural, cultured nut and seed cheeses. 

Once you’ve developed these techniques, you will be able to experiment by creating your own flavours.

We keep classes small and friendly to ensure quality, with only eight places per workshop - make sure you don't miss out by booking your spot today!
